Here are some common questions about TEXTIFAB.

What is custom made?

Do you want a bag, an umbrella or a T-shirt with a special print, accessory or colour that you can’t find from your usual distributor ? Custom made means that you can access a wide range of options and personalise your item: colour, size, colour palette, buttons, embroidery or printing, zips, cords, labels, tags, fabrics, treatment. How long does the manufacturing process take?

The manufacturing process usually takes between 30 and 60 days for nearby Europe and 35 to 100 days for Asia, but this may vary depending on the complexity of your project. This time can be reduced by opting for a material that is already in stock. This means that we can save time when it comes to sourcing the material.

Where are we located?

Textifab is registered in Singapore in order to facilitate trade links between our factories and our clients based in Europe. We also have commercial offices in Turkey and China which are twinned with manufacturing offices in Bangladesh and Vietnam.

Who are our clients?

With many years of experience managing projects between Asia and Europe, our clients are mainly based in Western Europe (France, Switzerland and Benelux). We work with advertising agencies, import companies, printers and even retail clients.

How can we work together ?

First of all, you should contact us to explain your needs. We will then give you our professional advice regarding the design and feasibility of your project. Once we have fully understood your expectations, we will send you a quote which includes the price and manufacturing time. If you are happy with that, we will proceed by making a prototype, generally using a colour we already have on hand. We can then send you lab dips for you to confirm the Pantone colour chart. Upon confirmation, we will start mass production (which takes 30-90 days depending on the project) and after inspection, we will ship your order to you immediately.

Do we have any audits or certifications?

All the factories we work with are regularly audited and inspected. As a minimum, they have valid BSCI or Sedex audits. Our manufacturing using organic cotton or recycled materials take place in GOTS or GRS certified factories and you will be provided with a transaction certificate, ensuring complete and transparent traceability of the material. For some projects, we have other audited factories such as Coca-Cola, Disney, Walmart and even L’Oréal.

How can you be sure that we will deliver a perfect final product?

You will be in contact with the same member of our team from start to finish. Before the prototype or mass production phases, we will send you a technical file. This file will include all the elements of the manufacturing process such as a table of measurements, the Pantone colour chart, prints and processing. This means that we can avoid any misunderstandings and we will be able to start mass production with complete peace of mind.

How do we check your orders?

We systematically inspect each production that our clients have trusted us with. We have a team of inspectors who operate in each of the countries we work in. Your order is regularly inspected during production (DUPRO) and then also at the end of production just before shipping (FRI- Fınal Random Inspection). We comply with AQL 2.5 international standards and you will be provided with a report at the end of production. Problematic areas such as seams, the Pantone colour chart, processing and box dimensions are always thoroughly checked. If you wish, you can also nominate your own inspection team such as SGS or Intertek.

Can you come and visit us at our offices?

Of course! You can come and pay us a visit in our commercial offices in Turkey or Asia. You can also come to our factories if you want to check up on production.

What are our terms of payment?

We work on a 30/70 basis. 30% as a down payment upon confirmation and 70% when your products are dispatched for delivery. We offer various FOB or DDP incoterms and our invoices can be in Euros or USD. For larger orders, we can also consider a letter of credit.

Do we offer worldwide delivery?

Yes. Our team’s logistical experience means that we are able to deliver worldwide. We can offer FOB, DDP or CIF shipping, depending on the destination.
