Job Opportunity: French-speaking Customer & Production Coordinator – Remote
At Textifab, we have been supporting European brands, distributors and agencies for almost 10 years in the development and manufacturing of custom-made textiles and promotional products.
Thanks to our network of partners in China, Turkey and Bangladesh, we manage many projects every year, from the initial price request through to final delivery.

Your mission
We are looking for someone with a good command of both French and English to manage the commercial and operational follow-up of our projects.
The position is 100% remote. You can work from the country of your choice, provided that you are autonomous, organized, responsive and able to meet the deadlines of our clients and suppliers.
You will act as the main point of contact between our French-speaking clients and our partner factories, supporting each project from the initial request through to shipment.
Your main responsibilities
- Communicate daily with our French-speaking clients, mainly by email
- Understand client needs and analyze new requests
- Communicate with our partner factories to identify the most suitable technical solutions
- Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate prices
- Prepare quotations and follow them up with clients
- Manage the complete follow-up of orders, from confirmation through to shipment
- Act as the link between European clients and factories throughout the project
- Monitor production schedules and follow up with suppliers when necessary
- Prepare and check commercial and logistics documents
- Keep our internal tracking tools up to date, including Excel, Trello and AI tools
- Quickly identify any issue that may affect quality, cost or lead time, and propose solutions
Profile we are looking for
- Preferably a native Chinese speaker
- Good level of French, especially in writing, in order to communicate with our clients
- Good level of English to communicate with suppliers and partners
- Experience in international trade and a good understanding of import-export operations
- Good knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, shipping documents and international logistics
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Trello, Excel, Trello, collaborative tools and AI tools
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage several projects at the same time
- Able to work independently and manage priorities without constant supervision
- Resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented
- Comfortable dealing with clients and able to quickly understand new requests
- Previous experience in textiles or sourcing is a strong advantage
